Full Service Clinic (40 hours / week)
Recommended for companies with more than 1000 employees at one site.
Our Full Service Clinic is just like your primary care physician's office and provides primary care, urgent care, preventive care, blood work, immunizations and minor procedures. Our appointments range between 15-30 minutes. The clinic will be staffed by one licensed physician and one medical assistant. All of our services are included in the cost of this full service clinic.
Flexible Service Clinic (minimum of 4 hours / week)
Recommended for companies with more than 100 employees at one site.
Our Flexible Service Clinic allows you to be flexible in terms of services offered and total clinic operation hours. With our licensed physician on-site, your workforce's primary care, urgent care and preventive care needs are easily met. Additional services such as blood work, immunizations or minor procedures can be added to your services for an additional charge. The duration of our appointments range from 15-30 minutes.

Risk Assessment Clinic (minimum of 8 hours)
Recommended for companies with more than 20 employees at one site.
Our Risk Assessment Clinic is similar to your first visit to a new physician's office. Our licensed physician will assess your company's / employees health risks after performing a complete physical exam and evaluation of your company's health. Our appointments range between 30-45 minutes. We do not require you to purchase routine return visits for your staff.
Periodic Maintenance Clinic (minimum of 8 hours)
Recommended for companies with more than 20 employees at one site.
Our Periodic Maintenance Clinic is our most flexible package. Our licensed physician will come to your office to maintain the health of your workforce. It is best used as a follow-up service to the Risk Assessment Clinic. Our appointments are 15 minutes each and can be used for health maintenance or urgent care needs. We will return to your office as little or as often as requested.
Complete Physical Exam
Recommended for companies regardless of size.
Our licensed physician will come to your office and assess your health risks. A complete physical exam will be performed to evaluate your health. Our appointments are 45 minutes each.
